Frequently asked questions

How do I add a song?
Tap “+” in the library, choose the audio tracks from the Files app (MP3, M4A, WAV or AIFF) and mark the guide vocal with ★. To try it without your own tracks, use “Add sample song”.

My voice appears ahead of or behind the curve.
Go to Settings › Latency › Calibrate latency, put on the headphones you practice with and clap on each click. The setting is saved for those headphones.

I can't hear myself while recording.
To hear yourself you need wired headphones: through the speaker it would cause feedback, and over Bluetooth it arrives with a delay. Turn it on in the mixer.

Where are my songs and takes?
In the Files app › On My iPhone (or On My iPad) › PitchMate.
