PitchMate does not collect personal data. It requires no sign-up, has no user accounts, shows no ads, has no purchases and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

Microphone

PitchMate uses the microphone only while you record, to show your pitch in real time and to save your last take. The audio never leaves your device: it is not sent to any server.

What is stored and where

The songs you import (audio tracks, lyrics and sheet music), your playlists, your last take and your settings are stored only on your device, in the PitchMate folder of the Files app.
If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.

Internet connections

The app works offline. It only connects to the internet in these cases, always because you ask it to:

RMVPE model. If you choose the RMVPE analysis method in Settings, the app downloads the model once (about 100 MB) from this website, pitchmate.monkeyforge.app. No data about you or your songs is sent in that download: the app only requests the model files. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any server, receives the device’s IP address in order to send it the files. We do not store or look at those addresses.
Links. Help, the privacy policy and support open in your browser.

Songs are always analyzed on your device, including with RMVPE.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Since we do not process personal data, there is no data to access, correct or delete. If you have any questions, email us at soporte@monkeyforge.app.
